Personality: Blaze is a pretty energetic guy, switching from his phoenix and human forms constantly. He likes to be the center of attention (whether it be good or bad) and enjoys messing with people. However, he is fiercely loyal to his friends, especially Shirotsuki, Shadow, and Asuno. He’ll try to protect them at all costs (and he won’t pull little tricks on them). He doesn’t really listen to others and respect their demands, but he’ll always listen to his friends. (Sometimes he is a little rebellious, however.)

 He tries to act braver than he actually is. Since he has a low pain tolerance, he’s quick to retreat, but if he’s trying to defend his friends he’ll stay and fight. Because Blaze teases people he easily provokes fights, and as soon as he loses the upper hand he’ll flee. He’s very nice (and cuddly) to people he takes a liking to, unless if he also wants to burn their hair or something like that. That’s the not so nice part, but he’s still a nice guy. (He doesn’t want to burn everyone’s hair, mind you.) He hates people who pick on those that are weaker than them, and people that are overly narcissistic or way too friendly. He also strongly dislikes people that hurt him multiple times. (Blaze is also a hypocrite.)

Overall he’s an energetic and entertaining fellow to watch, but not as much fun to interact with depending on your relationship to him.

Likes: Shirotsuki (A white-haired wind mage, nicknamed ‘Shiroi’), Shadow (His griffin buddy), Asuno (his assassin bf, nicknamed 'Suney' or 'Sune'), setting things on fire, cuddling and being warm and toasty, people that put up with his pyromaniac tendencies, nice and friendly people (but to a point, if they’re overly friendly he’ll start to get suspicious and creeped out), other birds, cute fluffy things, and some action and adventure every once in a while (but not too much)

Dislikes: bodies of water that are deep enough for him to be submerged in, getting hurt, having nothing to do, being cold and wet, little girls, and drowning

Strengths: dry and hot areas, being speedy, being able to use fire attacks, and having a decent range with his attacks, decent stamina, and being around fire

Weaknesses: wet and humid areas, terrible defense, water, loud noises, and long-range attacks

Bio: Blaze currently lives at both Kuro’s mansion and with Shirotsuki in a little cabin they have not too far away from the mansion. Shadow lives with them as well. He’s dating Asuno, another tenant at the mansion. He lives peacefully with his buddies, not doing much and just hanging out with them.

Blaze wasn’t always a phoenix. He used to be a human who possessed strong fire magic. He lived on his own and did as he pleased, casually starting fires and –totally accidentally- killing people who got on his nerves. One day he drowned in a river and then reincarnated as a phoenix. (The scars on his chest are from when he drowned.) He ended up in Fell’s care and assisted him and his sister Clover until he became Shirotsuki’s friend and stayed with her and Shadow. He still likes to set things on fire, but not as much as he used to.

His opinion on cartoon physics: He hates them and thinks he’s hurt even if he really isn’t. Blaze doesn’t understand them at all, or how he got to Cartoonival in the first place. He’s just a poor lost bird who’s participating because maybe then he’ll understand something.
